Dreams on Dirt Mountains: A Family's Journey

When Antonio and I were dating, we used to pass by this place with lots of “dirt mountains” and I would tell him each time that I’ve always wanted to go over and climb one. One night on a date, he surprised me and took me there and we climbed it together. While on that dirt mountain that night we dreamed about our future together.

Today as I was headed home with our 5 babies, I was passing by the same spot with those dirt mountains and decided to stop by and share a moment with our children. While our youngest two stayed in their car seats, our oldest 3 decided to climb it and then ask me to take a pic to send to their Daddy who they miss so much.

I asked them why did they pose the way they did and my oldest (in the middle) said, “It’s to say to Daddy, ‘We miss you but we’re still rising’! #Word

Who knew the dreams we had that night would birth our amazing future in having these amazing children. VForce 4ever Baby!
